Recently I've really been wanting to get back into the creative side of photography. Looking back, when I first began photographing near the age of twelve, that's all that I did. Before I realized I could turn my hobby into a business, the full-on artistic elements including fashion and eccentric makeup with the editorial side of photography were all that I knew. It's what made me fall in love with photography in the first place. I keep finding myself getting inspired through the artistic portraits that many other photographers share, and finally made the decision to branch out once again by embracing the creative side of portraiture. Thanking God for my little sister who was very willing to help me with the beginning of these projects that I have in mind. With the help of an old Mama Mia CD, a strainer and some natural lighting, we were able to create the shots below:
And so my journey with creative portraiture begins!
